USI Student Housing Fire Alarm Upgrade

Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to satisfactorily complete the following project titled “Student Housing Fire Alarm Upgrade” will be received in Procurement Services at the university located in the Support Services Building until 2:00 PM (local time) on Thursday, April 13, 2023. There will be a formal bid opening at approximately 2:05 PM (local time) in the Support Services Training Room. Results of the bid opening will be posted thereafter on Procurement Services’ website:

There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting for this project on Tuesday, March 28,2023 at 2:00 PM in the Fair Housing Office Building Conference Room.

http://www.usiplanroom.com/ using your company’s active account information. If your company is not currently registered, please do so by clicking “Register for an account”. The University of Southern Indiana will provide one set of the plans and specifications package at no charge to each bidder. Additional bid packages may be purchased for this project on the http://www.usiplanroom.com/ website.
